MeatCalc
1. Weight in Kg
The total weight of your piece of meat.
2. Time Per Amount in Mins
Time in minutes per amount (usually 0.5 kg) for example roast for 25 mins /0.5kg
3. Time Extra in Mins
Extra time in minutes, for our example roast for 30 mins. (This is often at a higher temperature to begin)
4. weight Amount in Kg/cook time
Weight in Kg that the time in box 2 is based on. This is usually 0.5 Kg
